Have a look at the top of this page to the left and you will see a link called "My Control Panel". Click it and adjust your settings. Visit every page and fill in as much information about yourself as you can.

I would especially like you to fill out your location and your signature and your Avatar (small picture with your face - faces only please). If you don't know how to make a small clear crisp image of your self and install it you have only to send me a big picture of yourself as no one can make a good crisp clear bright image of you better than I can. I'll do it in photoshop and will return to you a copy so you can save it and use it in other forums.
