View Full Version : Rich Jerk
Rowlandb 11th March 2009, 01:31 PM Hi Bill. I am trying to educate myself in internet marketing and in one of your posts you recomended Google Cash & the Rich Jerks E-Books.
I went for The Rich Jerks one.I found it a little confusing so I was procrastinated on it and did nothing. Today I had a phone call from a company in USA saying they represent the rich jerk and were doing interviews to find suitable people to train up on internet marketing. I think if it is genuine it would be great to do, but I am a little concerned, knowing there are so many Scams out there. Just wondering if you know of the Rich Jerk doing this type of thing. Hope you dont mind me enquiring.

Bill Stacy 11th March 2009, 01:43 PM Well this is a new one on me. I guess it would do no harm to play along until they asked for a credit card and payment.
Actually it's not totally new I was approached by a mod a few weeks ago who said something similar but wanted USD$18,000 to "guide" me. I certainly couldn't recommend that you pay that much but Rich is apparently a stand up guy (despite his marketing himself as a jerk) so feel your way through and stop when they ask for money unless you really think it's worth it.
Internet marketing is a lot of work but can be worth it.
Rowlandb 11th March 2009, 02:04 PM Thanks for the quick response Bill.I have a second interview with them tomorrow morning,I will let you know the outcome.Has anybody else had this happen with Rich Jerk?
Aroha Hewitt 11th March 2009, 02:13 PM I had a message on my mobile yesterday (I was actually in range!) and they said they were recruiting in my area. My area?! I live in the middle of nowhere! Seriously! So I'm emailing them. I'd love to hear about your call Rowland. I don't mind either if you'd like to give them my name to say I'm also a member. I have their ebook, have registered their 'free' website, get their newsletters etc. I only bought it all last week and now I live where I have a V E R Y B A D S I G N A L. That's why I have to email. I keep getting emails saying I'm such a loser because I paid them for information & now I'm doing nothing about it! The only reason is I can't. I've been going to bed before 10pm since moving out here. It's unheard of since becoming a ODW member!
Rowlandb 11th March 2009, 04:33 PM Hi Aroha,I will definatly let you know what happens.Do you remember the name of the company that rang you,it would be good to know that? I have a feeling I will go all through the interview and right at the end they will ask for my credit card details.Iam not really keen on giving cc details,so well se what happens
Aroha Hewitt 12th March 2009, 01:37 PM It was Rich Jerk.
Rowlandb 12th March 2009, 02:11 PM The company that rang me are called Professional Marketing international, they say they are representing Rich Jerk.I thought the company RJ. is associated with for education purposes was Success University.I have e-mailed RJ. to seek some clarification on whats going on, but haven't heard back yet. They rang this morning but i postponed because I wanted to hear from RJ.before going any further
Rosalie 13th March 2009, 04:17 PM Hi Rowland,
I also bought the Rich Jerk e-book a while back and received a call today from PMI. They said they create the testimonials which appear on the RJ site by providing the education to the people who sign up with him. I agreed to a further call next week to see what else they have to offer. Will be interested to see what RJ have to say to your email.
It's all marketed as minimal work and maximum returns but I think it's more likely heaps and heaps of work building your site etc before getting their promised returns.
Time will tell.
Cheers,
Rosalie
Rowlandb 14th March 2009, 07:55 AM Hi Rosalie,Had another call from PMI,They ask questions to see if you are a suitable student, all the while gearing you up to spend $5295.00 USD on your credit card.I feel it would be a fair investment in educating yourself,if they are genuine.I ended up putting them off as i hadden"t heard from RJ yet.I dont know what happened to my e-mail to them,if they got it or not,so I sent another one off to them this morning I will let you know what happens.Regards Rowland
Rosalie 14th March 2009, 09:01 AM Hi Rowland,
I will be interested to know if RJ contacts you. When the US currency is taken into account, PMI is a pretty expensive bit of education. I was under the impression that by purchasing RJ's e-book and their free website, you could make good money that way, but maybe that's no so. We'll wait and see.
Cheers,
Rosalie
Bill Stacy 14th March 2009, 10:32 AM Hi Rosalie, yes it is so.
Using the information from his ebook you will be able to make money. After having read it all the way through if you don't believe that is the case then you can ask for your money back from clickbank. I don't post inferior products on this forum and of the dozens of books I have bought and read on the subject GoogleCash and Rich Jerk are the best of the bunch. They have heaps of great info that if acted up has the real potential to make real money.
I use the strategies and have done for ages. Basic internet marketing is about getting traffic to a website and either selling them a book or directing them to someone who can sell them something and you will get a commission (such as OneDayWealth for example).
Rowlandb 14th March 2009, 11:21 AM Just heard from RJ.Looks like PMI are genuine.RJ said that PMI is part of there education service, so if anyone joins up with them, looks like you wont be dudded,,,Rowland
Rosalie 15th March 2009, 12:42 PM Hi Bill,
I have never suggested you have posted info about inferior products, it's just that PMI stated that they were the ones actually behind the testimonials on RJ which to me sounded a bit confusing.
When I next speak to PMI I will be clarifying the situation with them.
Cheers,
Rosalie
Bill Stacy 15th March 2009, 12:48 PM That's cool Rosalie. I mean that you can have confidence in products that I post as I have personally read them and consider them great value for money.
