We have a mailing list built up from the opt-in email on our website, at the moment I'm busy watching the online video set so havent joined and logged into the affilaite site yet I just wondered what the best approach to contact these is? Obviously via email, I just wondered if you had any marketing emails set-up for affiliates to use?

Sounds good Tina. I don't have a specific email you can send but I'm sure if we put our heads together we can come up with one. I find that honest and sincere emails work best. Just tell them that you may have found a stock market strategy that suits them and works in this current (or any) market, doesn't require a fortune to participate and can retire them very quickly from their day jobs.

I think I just set a speed record for the first time in my life. Yesterday I was talking to someone about Bill's programme. He decided to purchase, Bill learned that he had talked to me so asked for my affiliate number. At that time I hadn't got around to doing anything. I quickly set up my affiliate account and my paypal account. Within minutes I had a skype message from Bill saying he had paid me my commission. I checked my paypal account and there it was. Yep, you've been an "active" affiliate since 23rd September 2007. I have resent your welcome email. Print it out and put in a folder somewhere and send an email to your firends telling how terrific we all are and inviting them to have a look. Who know's? Maybe one of them won't love their job or won't have more than enough money to live their dreams.

I did buy a heap of domains for people a while ago but not one sale was made using those domains in over a year so I scrapped that idea.

I don't know but you should be using Outlook Express (or Outlook) for sending all your emails anyway. Free email services are pretty lame and look unprofessional for soliciting business anyway.

Use your normal ISP's email and have it delivered to your local email client. I've used Outlook express for 11 years and find it perfectly suited to everything I need.

Yeah I had an issue with the gmail to outlook thing when I set it up. For some reason it said I had about 1000 unread emails when I actually had none. Weird????

Hi Jean, I'm not sure if Bigpond let you add a signature to your email. I would configure your email programe to go and collect the mail from Bigpond and deliver it your machine so you can add the signature as normal.

What I was thinking of, I was looking at some old emails and and underneath the signature was a link, which went to a web site with ones own affiliate number on it was wondering if we could do that with the ODW affliate link

I believe this is possible however I don;t know how to do it on the BigPond website.

I suggest that people have their mail delivered to their email programme (I have always used Outlook Express) and set up signatures in that to be attached to every email.

This page has some links to instructions on how to set up your email delivery.

Basically you need to know you incoming and outgoing server names and your username and password. Think of it as having a secretary who picks up and delivers mail to and from your desk every few minutes. You need to tell them where to go and get your mail from and those are the settings you need.

Good question, I get and answer this a lot but I'm not sure why it hasn't made it's way on this thread.

The answer is no but I can. All I have to do is create an affilliate "reseource". It can be a link and when I make it, it will be available to all afiliate to use. All you have to do is tell me what pages you want made into resources and you can the various pages in your articles.
